Research Background
Academic studies have investigated GHK-Cu’s involvement in collagen and glycosaminoglycan synthesis, fibroblast activation, and antioxidant signalling pathways. It has also been studied in the context of wound contraction models, skin barrier integrity, and tissue remodelling. Research has additionally explored its role in modulating gene expression associated with inflammation and cellular repair. All research has been conducted in controlled in vitro and animal model settings.
