Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
UK Shipping Rates
Standard tracked delivery is charged at £1.99 per order. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for orders totalling £50 or more — no discount code required.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard UK delivery typically arrives within 2–3 working days of dispatch. We use tracked services so you can follow your parcel from our facility to your door.
Bacteriostatic Water
Bacteriostatic Water (BAC Water) is included free of charge with every peptide order. It is automatically added to your cart and dispatched alongside your order.
International Orders
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is not available at this time. If you have a specific enquiry, please contact us.
Packaging
All compounds are shipped in temperature-appropriate, discreet packaging. Peptides are dispatched with ice packs where required to maintain stability during transit.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. If you do not receive a tracking email within one business day of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Missing or Damaged Orders
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 5 working days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at hello@biomaxx.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
