Biomaxx ("we", "us", "our") is a UK-based supplier of research-grade peptides and compounds sold exclusively for laboratory and scientific research purposes. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Biomaxx website and the purchase of products from our online store.

2. Research Use Only

All products sold by Biomaxx are strictly for in vitro laboratory research use only. They are not intended for, and must not be used for, human or animal consumption, medical treatment, or any therapeutic, diagnostic, or preventative purpose. By placing an order, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher and that the compounds will be used solely for lawful scientific research in an appropriate facility.

3. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products from this website. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of order.

5. Shipping

Standard UK delivery is charged at £1.99. Free shipping is applied automatically to orders totalling £50 or more. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. International orders may be subject to customs duties; the buyer is responsible for any such charges.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been dispatched unless the product is damaged or incorrectly supplied. Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery by contacting hello@biomaxx.co.uk with your order number and photographic evidence where applicable.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions — is the property of Biomaxx or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
