Are your products safe for human consumption?
No. All compounds sold by Biomaxx are for laboratory research purposes only and are not intended for human or veterinary use. They must be handled by qualified researchers in accordance with applicable regulations.
How is purity verified?
Every batch is HPLC-verified by an independent third-party laboratory. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available on request for any batch — simply email hello@biomaxx.co.uk with your order number.
What shipping options are available?
We offer standard UK shipping at £1.99. Orders over £50 qualify for free shipping, applied automatically at checkout. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.
Do I receive Bacteriostatic Water with my order?
Yes — Bacteriostatic Water (BAC Water) is included free of charge with every peptide order. It is added automatically to your cart and requires no action on your part.
Can I request a Certificate of Analysis?
Yes. COAs are available for all batches. Email hello@biomaxx.co.uk with your order number and we will send you the relevant documentation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, and bank transfer. Payment details are displayed at checkout.
Can I become an affiliate or partner?
Yes — we run a partners programme for research communities, laboratories, and content creators. Visit the Partners page to find out more and apply.
What is your returns policy?
Due to the nature of research compounds, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been dispatched. If there is an issue with your order please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
